Pasonanca incident not a terror act – Beng

Mayor Beng Climaco yesterday made clear that the incident in Pasonanca Monday night, July 27, was a domestic incident and not a terror attack.

“The Pasonanca incident where a civilian was killed and 3 SWAT members were injured was not an act of terrorism but was drug-related and considered a domestic incident,” clarified Climaco.

The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) reported a significant drop in the crime volume in the City for the first semester of 2015.
